How in the seven heavens did this guy managed to be a DA? I’m starting to think that either criminals were really stupid, or someone else was CHA constantly.

He’s trying to bluster and bulkshit his way out of this, thinking that if he does it enough, he’ll avoid consequences.

How’d that work out for any of the people he prosecuted, using the same tools at the disposal of Congress, prosecutors in the SDNY, and others?

He thinks he can get away with not cooperating.
