Relax. Deep breath. You don’t have to fix every bug the minute it comes in. Granted, it’s great if you can, but users expect bugfixes to take time because software companies can’t turn around releases in a day like Jane Programmer can.

Currently I have a record of all fixes out within 24 hours of the point I become aware of them, so I’m trying my best to make sure people know I will be out of town.
