FYI: Basic Marine combat training used to cover a maneuver which consisted of “GRAB-TWIST-PULL” with an emphasis on violence of action.

My daughters have been taught it.

Given that no armed or unarmed combat technique can be effectively learned without realistic practice, I’m morbidly curious what those lessons were like…
