I had an upstairs neighbor like that once. I guess he worked nights and slept days. Anyhow, it sounded like he was moving furniture ever damn night, in the wee hours.

One afternoon I put this CD on the stereo and cranked it a little. He started pounding on the floor to show his displeasure. I guess it was now me who was interrupting his sleep.

I turned up the volume some more, put the disc on repeat, and left for about five hours.

He started being a little more quite in the late hours.

King Diamond (aka Kim Petersen) used to live just down the road from me. I had no idea until after he moved away.
