So Gateway Pundit is breathlessly saying that Kelly lied on his background check form

“Kelley wrote on his background check that he didn’t have a “disqualifying criminal history.”

Isn’t an online background check supposed to cover stuff like whether or not you’re automatically disqualified under federal laws, or don’t they do that in Texas? Honest question.
