As much as I hate to say it, while Jordan is Jordan, LeBronâs probably taken god knows how many teams that wouldnât even sniff the playoffs deep into spitting reach of the championship almost solely on his back.
Thatâs talent. And at the same time, I kinda resent it because itâs the kind of basketball that I hate the most, where itâs so dependent on one mega-star that the team is an afterthought. Say what you want about the Warriors and the feeling of inevitability they have surrounding them, theyâve consistently been a complete team even with legitimate superstars like Curry and Durant.
I hear ya. Thatâs why I admire the Spurs under Popovich but I admire the hell out of individual talent too and Bron has the ability to make a team that much better.
