It’s not a question of judging, it’s the rule of law. Every country has the right to control its borders and decide who gets to enter.


The rule of law is only as significant as the will and ability to enforce the law. The “rule of law” brought us prohibition, and it didn’t stop people from drinking. Deporting tens of millions of people is effectively impossible. You talk about infrastructure, what you speak of is fantasy. It’s as fantastical as the notion of colonizing Mars. Infrastructure does not exist to do this in anything resembling a timely manner. And even if it were possible, it would destroy our economy. Every single agricultural interest in America would lobby it into oblivion. It will never happen.
