I really hate “Cyber Monday”

Who the fuck even uses the word “cyber” for anything? It’s some made up retro futuristic bullshit that has no meaning.

Know who else hates Cyber Monday? Target, whose site just went belly up (they had been offering 15% off pretty much everything in the store).

Seriously though, the name relates to the bygone era when folks didn’t have high speed connections at home and would wait until Monday to go into work to buy stuff on sale. Now, anyone with a smartphone can busy away anywhere/anytime and buy stuff on sale.
