A friend of mine who went to the San Jose Tea Party with me tells me that there was a counter-protester there with a confederate flag. He kept trying to infiltrate. People very politely explained that this was not acceptable. And I do mean very politely.

I did not see this. I am short, and was pretty much in the middle of the crowd. My friend is 6’4”, and was on the perimeter. I relate this to make it clear that I am not an eyewitness; my friend is not an LGF member.

If a picture was taken, and put up on any site of that flag, that picture would be taken as a sure sign that there were many, many racists at the San Jose Tea Party.
