I’ve got a pork shoulder marinating in Cuban Mojo for tomorrow, and some more pork braising in some Anchor Porter Braising Sauce I picked up at Williams Sonoma one day, when The Older Boy and I dropped by to
pestervisit his girlfriend at work. I’ll probably make some mashed spuds to go with that, and rice and black beans for the pork tomorrow. Oh, and a bushel of salad.I guess you can tell - I like pork.
Do you use a china box?
