Part of Trump’s 2019 budged is to shut down the broadcasts done by the NIST that send out the atomic clock time:

NIST is the primary calibration source for every piece of electronics and electronic test equipment in the nation. All calibrations are traced back to NIST.
WTF would he want to do that for?
