I hate to admit this, but the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan was actually beneficial for women in the country, and did a better job liberating women than the coalition occupation has accomplished.

Same thing with South Vietnam when it was under Marxist control from 1977-1990.

Communism/Collectivism is good for women. That is why the Whackos are against Feminism, they see it as part and parcel of collectivism.
