We are not going to trample on the 1st Amendment for the sentiment of foreigners. If it’s a question of safety then you increase the amount of forces in these backwards and volatile areas. Otherwise, we can simply close those facilities.

But isn’t there some civic duty to not endanger the lives of our soldiers and diplomats overseas?
