That folks is an admission that the IN law is indeed quite different than the federal and other state RFRAs enacted elsewhere (excluding the one under consideration in AR.

The GOP is screwed if they keep trying to support the Indiana law or claiming it is identical to the federal when it obviously isn’t. The Indiana law enables bigotry and discrimination under cover of religious freedom.

Any idea if ALEC was involved in this at all?
