Angela Merkel made it clear as early as last year that they have to seek a new world order without America.

As I said, this week is the very first time, ever, that I’m hearing a shift from “without America” (which was already unthinkable 18 months ago) to “against America”, the kind of language that old hardcore lefties used to utter in 1972 against Nixon’s America, but now in the mouths of elite technocrats. That does NOT augur well.
