Given Trump’s often tweeting late at night when he is alone, it’s not surprising that no one can check his messaging. And unless you are personally going to wrest the phone from his hands, how can any aide review his text before it’s sent out? Trump is the exemplar of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Maybe future editions of Wikipedia will include his picture in their explanation of this topic.
