I don’t know how they can raise awareness. Generally speaking I have them on permanent ignore. PETA = Gaze mode.

Years ago, I went to a Renaissance Fair. At one of the booths (I think they were selling pelts of some sort) I asked what they did if PETA people got in. The lady said they had a way of stopping them at the door.
