I just called Gillibrand’s, Schumer’s and King’s offices to demand an independent prosecutor and a stop to all Senate business until we get one.

Gillibrand and Schumer’s people were nice. King’s people were douchebags. Exactly what I expected.

I’d call my Senators, except they’re both Democrats who agree that there is a need for an independent prosecutor.

Meanwhile, my district is represented by a first-term GOP hack who spent time here at home just a few months ago trying to cover his ass on Trump. Calling him to demand anything would be a waste.
