Looks like. Raining again now. Fortunately we got a long enough break that the streets around the park drained. Will not take much to fill them up again with every bayou overtopped and the Brazos fixin to blow - no place for the water to drain to. Just have to hope that the rain keeps to the gentle side (like now) and not a fucking 3-4”/hr brick floater like last night.
