The company I work for has a pretty straight forward policy regarding social media. If you do or say anything that reflects badly on the company, your toast. I have to sign a form every year acknowledging this policy.

“Reflects badly on the company” is such a fluid category… it’s why we need unions. (And I STILL don’t hold with suspension for STDoT.)
