In Kentucky, we have to sign an affidavit detailing the reason we can’t vote on Election Day.
MrBWS has the same excuse every year since he works out-of-state all week.
Last November I got to vote early with MrBWS because my right arm was broken and my truck has a manual transmission, so there was no way I could drive myself to the polling place on Election Day.
To lie on that affidavit is akin to voter fraud in Kentucky. I know that my county clerk would give me a pass if I asked, but I wouldn’t do that to her.

In Alabama, planning to be out of state is adequate—hee, hee, hee.
