I did AML/CIP remediation work for a hayuuuuuge bank with a name that rhymes with “Sells Cargo” a little while back. That looks completely normal for a post-Millenium structured finance arrangement: Nested LLCs and Incs, probably registered at a mix of strip-mall offices in Delaware and various Caribbean paper-shuffling houses.

There will be legitimate lease paperwork on file somewhere, hundreds of pages of it, but I’m pretty sure absolutely none of it was handled or looked at by Lord Dump himself.

Point of interest, these structured-finance arrangements for all the GREAT DEALS are a fucking bonanza for money launderers. I’d be interested to see the results of a dedicated forensic financial investigation to find out just how many Russian car dealership magnates are investing in Comrade Trump. I bet he’s fenced a lot of lots with $10,000 fenceposts from Ural mountain industries…
