Just my .02 € worth, but there is malware which, when it infects a machine, begins to search for and download child pornography. There are also ways to include images and objects in webpages which either download illicit material to the machine (in the web browser cache) or as a means to DDoS a third party.

And it has been used against inconvenient people more than once. Has Krugman been doing something which has rocked some peoples boats lately?
