Interesting that this is the same day the stalkers got booted. I wonder what initiative Twitter is starting.

I think something else is going on. Twitter is cracking down on spammers. If you exhibit spam-bot like behavior with your account it might get suspended. This has been happening with the joke Twitter accounts. Read more here.
