Beethoven: The Symphonies
All nine symphonies performed on original period instruments. Not what most people are used to hearing. The strings are mushier and the brass is crunchier. Tempos and dynamics are a lot different than most modern interpretations.

I really can’t tell the difference between Beethoven on period instruments and modern instruments. Bach, Handel, Telemann, Mozart all sound different when played on the original instruments. Anything from 1820 forward I can’t really tell, but, I am not a musician.
