It happens. I was an egregious violator of the - eh, we’ll call it the “jerk clause.”

Anger is a self-perpetuating thing. One thing leads to another and the next thing you know you’ve alienated your best friends. I’ve been there at LGF and IRL. Owning up to the irrational shit is a positive step and as I’ve discovered, a way to endear yourself to those folks who placed you in that cycle of anger in the first place.

No one here placed me in a cycle of anger, I did that to myself.
