Pronouncements that “You have made an Enemy” and “You have once chance to repent” and suchlike are the territory of Internet Tough Guys and Mall Ninjas. People with actual power don’t spout off with chest-thumping bravado. And no one is fooled by such stuff — and really, anyone with any prominence on the Internet probably gets a dozen threats and pronouncements like that every day.
