Mueller explicitly rejects the dumb “things Trump did publicly can’t be obstruction” argument:

“many of the President’s acts directed at witnesses…took place in public view…no principle of law excludes public acts from the reach of the obstruction laws”

remember way back when while this nonsense was going on and we were all hoping mueller was paying attention?
