For the benefit of… Donald Trump.

Yet it is a sign of just how deep the rot in the US is that the main question in the minds of most is not, why are Republicans/white people okay with this? Why should this be normal? Just like the question is never, why are Republicans in the Senate refusing to perform any legislation? The question is always reversed, to reflect the demands of white Republican men that everything be centred on them.

The question is always, why can’t Democrats make a convincing case? Why are Democrats so partisan? Why are Democrats veering further left? What will Democrats do when faced with perfectly normal, totally okay Republican dereliction of duty?
