Being the Trump regime, something borderline corrupt, I wouldn’t doubt (or over the line, even). Justice Kennedy’s son was (?still is?) a honcho at Deutsche Bank, Trump’s favorite ATM, I really don’t believe there’s no connection there.

It appears that Justin Kennedy left Deutsche Bank in 2009.
