Claiming that whites don’t get a better deal than blacks out of our legal system flies in the face of all the available evidence.

Poor white is often just about as bad off as minorities. The system favor the wealthy more than race. OJ got off right? Black and wealthy, at the time. Not so wealthy anymore obviously.
