Texas Bill Would Require Men To Pay a $100 Fine For Masturbating

Mimicking regulations Texas already imposes on women, a state lawmaker introduced a bill that would require men to read an informational pamphlet, receive counseling, and wait 24 hours before having a colonoscopy or vasectomy, or getting a prescription for Viagra. Men would also be fined $100 for masturbating.
