I think that gets into a very difficult area of mental illness or just plain nasty differentiation. I think anyone who yells at strangers and kills people for trying to stop him is mentally ill. Full stop. But are they legally not responsible? At what point do they lose their rights? That I don’t know.

I don’t so much care whether he’s legally responsible. He just needs locked up forever.
