They’re about to ram through a tax bill that will be a disaster for my family and my son’s future. They’re about to end net neutrality. They’re busy dismantling the EPA and undercutting protections for public lands. They’re packing the courts. All this in the next two weeks, and then they start on the ‘entitlement reform’ they’ve been slavering for.

I don’t have the stamina today to listen to a lot of blather — mostly from men — about how Franken should resign immediately to prove our Democratic purity. Due Flipping Process, people. Hold the Ethics investigation, then watch McConnell pull every nasty trick in the book to hold up Franken’s successor if that’s the outcome.

Can we hold off on the tar and feathers for two bloody weeks, guys, or are you having too much fun saying “I told you so?”
