I think for the cheesecake, the IP acts like a bain marie (water bath) which is used in a lot of baking (especially French baking like cookingchanneltv.com which I canβt wait to make). The cheesecake recipe is pretty basic so not shared.
Ooo that looks delicious! I have made Creme Brulee in there and it was excellent.
