Yes and no, if you feel strongly about a channel there are likely competitors who will scoop dropped channels up in area if TW or Cox drops it. It would become a sales point for them.

Heh - if Fox really wanted to play hardball they would let Time Warner know how easy it would be for them to stream the Superbowl live over the internet.
