Too bad Alton Brown quit making Good Eats, though.

He really had the right show at the right time. He sort of re-energized the cooking genre, for cooking sake and not for wannabe-chefs of restaurants.

Most of the episodes are available on Youtube, and a couple of people have playlists that will go through each season.
