It’s high in Idaho too while it’s quite low in Mississippi. And while it is high in Vermont/Oregon, it’s also comparatively low in Massachusetts.

I’d imagine there are all kinds of data reporting issues at play. I wouldn’t have a whole lot of confidence in those figures at this point.
