it’s totally out of control and they’ll never get it under control

they screwed the pooch from the start and now they’re trying to rationalize the horrific damage their ineptitude and lackadaisical attitude has caused (and continues to cause)

Of course, you’re right.

But I don’t understand what the end game is here. In the face of numbers that will continue to go up at the end of the ‘15 days,’ what do they do then?

Mandate everyone going back to work? Fine companies that don’t re-open? Arrest people who continue to isolate?

They’re tough talking, but I don’t see how they can follow through.
