DeBlasio is disorganized, inefficient, often late to meetings and ceremonies. He doesn’t have a comprehensive set of plans, or method of arriving at plans, he only had a couple of issues (ending stop-and-frisk, universal pre-K) and once those were taken care of he started spinning his wheels and not doing much.

All the above is true, but it’s important to note that running NYC is a pain in the ass on good days. Something is always going to go wrong and the mayor usually gets blammed.
