Scalia’s dissent ran to 26 pages. Much hissy, much to fit. And real curious considering Roberts and Scalia both saw to voiding Section 4 of the VRA yesterday without a solid legal or factual basis (which was reconfirmed as states began immediately moving towards new restrictions on voting where they had previously required preclearance).
