Poor white is often just about as bad off as minorities. The system favor the wealthy more than race. OJ got off right? Black and wealthy, at the time. Not so wealthy anymore obviously.

The OJ anecdote notwithstanding, poor whites have privilege compared to black people of any income level in the US justice system. Start with arrests.
