C-SPAN caller: I support Trump’s shutdown because ‘it’s getting us closer’ to the second coming of Jesus

There is only one sub-group of Trump supporters whose views I can at least understand even though I do not agree; those who are convinced that the entire US social/economic/political system is about to collapse and that electing Trump will expedite the inevitable so we can hit bottom and start working on recovering.
