And they blocked the nomination of a Surgeon General, we haven’t had one in over a year. What do we need one of those for anyway, right?

But the nominee wanted to have doctors ask about guns in the home! So they could all be confiscated! Or maybe so you’ll think about your 5 year old happening upon your loaded handgun in the nightstand drawer and lock it up so he won’t shoot himself or anyone else.

I guess the two things are pretty much the same…
