Yeah. As it stands, sparsely populated red states have too much power. I read somewhere that the Senators that voted to approve Augh represent 44% of the population. We’re seeing a lot of the Founders’ I wouldn’t call them mistakes but unawareness that our population would be 300X more than what it was at the first census.

Well they were trying to cobble together a document that had to be ratified by 13 separate states each looking out for their own interests, and that compromised with an inherent evil, slavery. The fact that it lasted seven decades before everything blew up was impressive, and that the new status quo established afterwards has lasted another 15 decades is close to miraculous.
