A former student of mine who now works in Prague real estate messaged me this afternoon and she noted that there’s now over 1,000 brand-new rentals available in Prague 1 (city center, basically). They were formerly AirBnB units.

She said, “My god, AirBnB has collapsed almost overnight.”

GOOD. Maybe rents will become more affordable for people who actually work in tourist destinations now.
