One word: Layover. Yeah, it sucks, but 15 minutes between flights ain’t enough if you’re traversing an airport like O’Hare, even IF everything arrives on time. My general rule is, an hour for domestic flights, 2 hours transitioning to or from an international flight. If I’m bored, oh well, I can go for a walk.

Totally agree. But imagine this thinking: “Crap, I missed my flight. I’m out a ticket and will have to buy another, unless I get them to bring the plane back.”
