Me, I’m a big proponent of diesel power for both rural and in-city fuel economy. A moderately driven Volkswagen TDI can rock 50 mpg without breaking a sweat.

I LOVE the TDI. I always wanted an R32 (all wheel drive)…very cool.

I am really partial to SMART. I always rent one when I am in Europe. They are fun little cars. That said, they should get much better mileage than they do, for their size.
