Guess I need to flip a coin to decide how to cook dinner tomorrow. Ordered turkey parts from the market. At first I planned to sous vide, but I’m not sure my container will be big enough for everything. I’ll have to wait and see on that. If I pass on sous vide, I’ll roast the parts on a bed of veggies which will make gravy a sinch.
