I love a good breakfast burrito. There’s a greasy spoon type place by my folks that I’ve been going to since Jr High and they’ll do any of their breakfast plates as a burrito, so my go to is a polish sausage breakfast burrito.

There’s another place in Costa Mesa that does their breakfast burritos with fried eggs (sort of over easy-ish) that is another favorite of mine.

I’ve made my own. Eggs, salsa verde (my favorite!), cheese, & the secret ingredient: potatoes.
